We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how our return and refund process works.

Return Policy

Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Some items such as perishable goods and personal care products may not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, go to your Orders page, select the order, and click "Request Return". Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
