Shipping Information

The current controlled pilot supports eligible Kenyan delivery addresses for participating vendors. Availability is confirmed by the order workflow for each purchase.

Delivery Times

A vendor records the carrier and estimated delivery date when a shipment is created. Check the order page for the latest persisted estimate and carrier events; the pilot does not promise a universal delivery window.

Shipping Costs

Any configured delivery charge is shown in the order total before placement. No express, weight-based, or free-delivery entitlement is implied when the order summary does not show one.

Order Tracking

When a vendor records a carrier tracking reference, shipment events and delivery proof are available from the Orders section. Email delivery depends on the notification channel being operational.
